One Warren Place, the 20 story office tower, designed by Architect Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback and Associates, was opened in the fall of 1983. Next was the 19 story tower, Two Warren Place, opened in 1987. These two towers are the tallest suburban office buildings in Oklahoma.
“Warren Place is Tulsa's premiere location for companies requiring the ammenities a true class A building offers.”
~ Kelly McKoy
Two award winning towers. Along with the elegant Doubletree hotel. Together on a prestigious hilltop site in south Tulsa. The corporate address that reflects your corporate image.

Where many executives spend most of their waking hours. Where decisions are made that determine business outcomes and personal success. It makes good sense that this space should be comfortable, functional, and adaptable to changing work patterns and technologies.
With panoramic views, elegant interior finishes, and flexible floor plan layouts, Warren Place is an ideal suburban location.
One Warren Place is a 20-story, 470,000 square foot office tower, and Two Warren Place is a 19-story, 490,000 square foot office tower, both located in a richly landscaped park area with winding parkways interconnecting the structures.
The two stunning high-rise towers and a mid-rise luxury hotel are surrounded by fifty acres of prime hilltop land overlooking south Tulsa.
Richly landscaped park areas and winding walkways interconnecting structures with tastefully coordinated pedestrian plazas, driveways, and covered parking garages.
